Meet Our Orthodontic Team

Deb is the practice manager at Karl Orthodontics. She adds to the team with her years of experience in the dental field, a bachelor’s degree in business administration and positive energy. Her passion outside of the office is her family, two sweet little dogs, and enjoying nature whenever possible.

With nearly six years of experience in the orthodontic field, Carly brings both skill and heart to her work. Originally from Georgia, she proudly carries her Southern roots with her, even as she embraces life in a new environment with seasonal changes and snowy adventures.

Outside of the office, Carly enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, exploring outdoor activities like hiking and golfing, and staying active through workouts. She's also a fan of live entertainment-whether it's concerts, comedy shows, or local hockey games, which are a fun new experience compared to life back home in Georgia.

Currently pursuing her associate's degree while working full-time, she stays busy balancing education, career, and a love for life's little adventures. Her favorite part about working in orthodontics is building strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families. With a passion for healthcare and a genuine desire to care for others, Carly is committed to making every patient feel welcome, supported, and confident in their smile journey.

Casey has a passion for helping people achieve a great smile and she has been assisting Dr. Karl for over 16 years! She and her husband, Kevin, have two daughters, Hailey and Taylor. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time on the water, cheering on their daughter's sports teams, and taking care of all their animals.

Kendall is originally from Grand Rapids and has a heart for helping others, which led her to a career in orthodontics. Outside of work, she enjoys playing kickball, and doing arts and crafts. A big animal lover, she has a miniature dachshund and a Maine Coon cat.

Kelsey has a passion for helping those in the smallest ways that she can. She grew up in Zeeland and lives in Hudsonville. She commutes to GR every day and loves it because she work with such an amazing team. Kelsey's hobbies outside of work are reading, hiking, gaming and spending time with loved ones. She lives with her boyfriend of 9yrs and 2 ESA cats.
